Erica Stein - iACT® Wellbeing Practitioner (WP)
Specialises in mild to moderate anxiety and depression
BA Psychology from Emory University
Erica is an iACT® Wellbeing Practitioner (WP) whose career has been dedicated to helping create a happier, healthier, more inclusive world. She believes in helping people cultivate better mental health and overall wellbeing by providing them with the information, tools, and support most aligned to their needs.
She has 11 years of professional experience grounded in psychology and spanning the fields of healthcare communications, wellbeing consulting, and mental health in both Hong Kong and the United States. In addition to her role as an iACT® WP, she is also a wellbeing consultant helping create healthier workforces by advising companies on their employee wellbeing strategies.
Her prior experience in Hong Kong includes leading market- and region-wide strategic communications activities for multinational healthcare, corporate, and education clients at a global firm. After launching the company’s internal mental health initiative, she was inspired to turn her focus to fostering healthier and happier workplaces full-time.
Erica began her career working on social marketing campaigns in the United States that leveraged communications and behavior change strategies to inspire public health in areas such as heart disease, breast cancer in young women, and teen dating.
Her values of empathy, connection, and curiosity guide how she supports and creates space for others both professionally and in her day-to-day life.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University in the United States, where she also studied Sociology and Media Studies. Erica also serves as a Mind Hong Kong Ambassador and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
